Overview
Charles Schwab needed an employer brand platform that could support ongoing hiring across a nationwide footprint and a broad range of career areas, including financial services, technology, operations, and client-facing roles. The work needed to function across regions and partners while remaining cohesive, credible, and human at scale. It also needed to operate as a long-term system rather than a one-off campaign.

I led the art direction with creative leadership, copy and strategy to develop “We Are Schwab,” a platform grounded in the idea that every role helps customers move forward, empowered by Schwab’s reach/network. The work includes a redesigned career site experience and a structured set of employer brand guidelines designed to support consistent execution across the client’s internal teams and their external partners.

Impact And Outcomes
The platform established a durable creative foundation that continues to support Schwab’s recruitment efforts at scale. Its systemized approach enabled consistent execution across a distributed organization and multiple partners, and led to ongoing collaboration and brand guidance beyond the initial launch.
