Scope: Led art direction and rollout execution across multiple years of national recruitment marketing for UPS. Helped develop a campaign system that adapted across hiring markets, audiences, and evolving rollout needs while maintaining a clear and recognizable visual identity.

Partnership: Supported UPS employer brand initiatives for five years, helping scale the program into Radancy's largest employer brand account at the time.

Award: 2021 IAC Award — Best Employment Integrated Campaign

 

A nationwide campaign supporting the hiring of 100,000 seasonal workers across digital, broadcast, social, and hiring event platforms. “Get Your Spot” positioned UPS roles as immediate hiring opportunities through a flexible visual system built to scale quickly across national hiring markets. The spot graphic became a recognizable device throughout the campaign across typography, illustration, and motion while helping connect deliverables through a shared visual system. Simplified messaging and iconography helped make the campaign easier to understand across broad audiences, including individuals for whom English was not their primary language.
