Scope: Led creative direction across a multi-brand enterprise recruitment platform over multiple years. Contributed to concept development, rollout execution, creative reviews, and campaign system development across UnitedHealth Group and Optum initiatives.

A multi-brand employer platform centered on employee voices and individual career paths inside a large enterprise organization. “Defined by You” positioned employees as active participants in shaping their careers and making an impact. The work created a unified recruitment platform across UnitedHealth Group and Optum while allowing each brand to maintain its own visual identity. Flexible creative systems and scalable campaign standards helped the platform adapt across brands, audiences, and high-volume recruitment communications.
