Scope: Led art direction and information design for a retail education system, partnering with cross-functional teams to translate product performance into a clear, visual communication tool for in-store use.

 

Kenmore needed a clearer way to explain high-efficiency washers, which were often misunderstood due to lower water usage. “Tested for Living” reframes product education as a simple, visual system, making performance easier to understand at a glance. The work translates technical information into clear, scannable content designed to support in-store conversations and decision-making.
