“Let's Go Further” focused on making high-volume hiring communications more recognizable and easier to navigate for prospective candidates. A simple directional arrow system visualized forward momentum and became a recognizable device throughout the campaign. Employer brand guidelines and rollout standards helped maintain consistency as third-party teams adapted the work across hiring markets and recruitment needs.
