Overview
Deluxe needed an employer brand platform and career site experience that could support brand awareness and attract the right candidates. The existing employer story lacked clarity and a big idea that connected all their recruitment materials together.
I led the art direction and partnered closely with creative leadership, strategy, and copy to develop and explore two employer brand directions rooted in employee reality and business context. Both concepts were designed as scalable systems that could support ongoing hiring needs while staying aligned with Deluxe’s broader brand framework.
Impact And Outcomes
Key elements from both concepts were combined into a unified employer brand platform and applied to a redesigned career site experience. Real employee stories and voices were integrated across roles and career areas to add authenticity and improve role clarity. The resulting system established a durable foundation for ongoing recruitment, helping candidates better understand fit while giving teams a flexible framework they could extend over time.
