Scope: Directed art direction across a multi-channel employer brand platform, partnering with strategy and cross-functional teams to shape the concept and translate it into a scalable system across the career site and recruitment marketing.

Saia needed an employer brand platform to support ongoing hiring for high-turnover roles, particularly tractor-trailer drivers. “Let’s Go Further” centers on growth and forward momentum, using a simple arrow motif to anchor the visual system. The platform was built to scale across the career site and recruitment marketing, combining typography, iconography, and structured layouts to create a consistent, flexible system across touchpoints.
