AdvanSix needed to define an employer brand platform to support hiring and better communicate its value to potential candidates. This work explored visual directions for the platform, translating early positioning into clear, flexible systems that could scale across channels. The concepts focused on establishing a strong visual foundation for future campaign, content, and experience.
