Role: Associate Creative Director
Scope: Guided creative direction and team leadership across a social-first employer brand campaign, managing an art director and copywriter while partnering with strategy, client success, and cross-functional teams to shape concept development and translate positioning into a scalable system across channels.
Applied Materials needed an employer brand campaign to support hiring across a wide range of roles, with a focus on early-career engineering talent. “Great Careers Happen Here” connects individual roles to real-world impact, showing how the work contributes to larger innovations. The system was designed for social, using clear storytelling and repeatable formats that could scale across content, audiences, and hiring needs.
