UPS needed to quickly recruit 100,000 seasonal workers across a wide range of roles and locations. “Get Your Spot” positions roles as immediate, accessible opportunities, using bold, direct messaging to drive urgency. The campaign was designed to scale across markets and channels, maintaining clarity and consistency across social, digital, and hiring platforms.
