Scope: Led art direction and concept development across employer brand platform development and career site rollout. Contributed to scalable creative systems supporting ongoing recruitment marketing and hiring communications.
“Own It” connected Deluxe’s employee-owned company structure to employee stories, creating a more personal employer brand experience. The work helped build awareness for a lesser-known brand while creating recruitment communications that felt more connected to the people behind the work. Flexible creative systems supported evolving hiring communications across career site and recruitment marketing touchpoints.
