An employer brand and career site experience built around the idea of ownership, accountability, and impact. “Own It” positioned employees as active drivers of their work and contributions across the organization. The platform was rooted in the fact that employees were owners of the company themselves, giving the message a more personal and tangible meaning. Employee stories and recruitment marketing helped bring that sense of ownership into the hiring experience.
