Scope: Shaped visual direction and the creative framework for the employer brand platform, partnering with strategy and copy to develop the concept and translate positioning into a scalable system across channels.

UnitedHealth Group needed an employer brand platform that could support high-volume hiring across multiple brands and audiences. “Defined by You” centers on real employee voices, positioning individuals as active participants in shaping their careers and impact. The system was developed to scale across content and channels, while maintaining consistency and allowing each brand to express a distinct visual expression.
