Overview
Wellstar regularly ran multiple hiring events each month across Metro Atlanta and surrounding North and West Georgia communities, supporting staffing needs across 400+ locations. These events often operated on short lead times, where benefits and sign-on bonuses were key decision factors for candidates. Existing materials were dense, inconsistent, and difficult to scan quickly, making it harder for candidates to understand value in fast-moving hiring moments.
I led creative direction in partnership with art, copy, and video teams, working closely with strategy and the client to establish a centralized benefits landing experience that anchored hiring communications. The work focused on clear information hierarchy, strong typography, and modular content blocks that could be quickly adapted across channels. The system was designed to support rapid updates while staying aligned with Wellstar’s existing employer brand.

The system improved clarity and consistency across benefits communication and supported faster execution for time-sensitive hiring events. By surfacing key benefits in a clear, scannable format, the platform helped teams communicate value more effectively across candidate touchpoints.
