Scope: Led creative direction for a social-first recruitment campaign supporting early-career hiring across Applied Materials. Managed a writer and art director while contributing to employee storytelling, recruitment advertising, social rollout, and career fair campaign materials.
A social-first employer brand campaign connecting early-career roles to real-world impact across technology and manufacturing. “Great Careers Happen Here” combined employee stories and recruitment messaging to make highly technical careers feel more connected to everyday innovation. Employee-led storytelling and flexible social systems helped the campaign adapt across recruitment advertising, career fair materials, and broader hiring communications.
